From which airports do you depart, considering that airfare is included?

Is it possible to modify my package?

Certainly. You have the flexibility to modify your package by adding or removing individuals or extending the duration. Please note that any alterations are subject to a $150 change fee and should be communicated in writing via email to info@urbantripz.com.

All packages are non-refundable due to contractual obligations unless travel insurance is purchased. Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost per person. Refunds will not be issued in the case of a roommate’s cancellation. Trip transfers to another person for the existing trip are allowed (request via email). It is your responsibility to find a replacement for your package and provide replacement information via email. We offer flexible partial payments as a courtesy and convenience. Our trips are thoughtfully curated, allowing participants to engage in group activities while maintaining the flexibility to explore independently. Every tour and day are meticulously planned, ensuring you experience both the iconic landmarks and hidden gems.

When can I expect to receive my hotel itinerary?

You will receive details about specific 5-star hotel accommodations within two weeks of booking our trip packages.

What items should I bring along?

A valid passport is required. You will receive an email with the itinerary and a suggested packing list within two weeks of the trip.

What occurs if my roommate decides to cancel?

In the event that your chosen roommate cancels, your rate will be adjusted to the revised rate, or you have the option to find a replacement. Cancellations within 60 days of the event fall under your responsibility, but we’ll make every effort to assist you in finding a replacement. If Urban Tripz initially matched you with a roommate who subsequently cancels, we will make every effort to find a replacement, and any associated costs will be covered by us (your cost will remain unchanged).

Package Pricing?

Rates are per person. To be paired with another guest, choose the 2-person option and send an email to info@urbantripz.com, specifying your roommate preference. Ensure this email is sent within 120 days of the trip.

Is there an option for payment plans?

Certainly. When checking out, opt for the down payment choice. Complete the down payment and submit this FORM. We will email your custom Plan options based on your preferences. This feature lets you select flexible payment plans (Weekly, Monthly, etc.). Any plan in default will be canceled, or a $75 fee may apply for reinstatement (subject to product availability). Pay through PayPal to info@urbantripz.com and notify us via email at info@urbantripz.com. If a plan is canceled or defaulted on an item with a changed price, the NEW PRICE WILL APPLY UPON PLAN REOPENING. Defaulted plans must be reinstated within 31 business days or risk complete cancellation with no refund/credit.

Is a visa required for Dubai?

A visa won’t be necessary.


Is it possible to include extra individuals in my accommodation?

Should you require a roommate, opt for the two-person package and reach out to us at info@urbantripz.com; we’ll arrange one for you. The three-person package offers either a King bed and a sleeper sofa/rollaway cot or two double beds with a sleeper sofa/rollaway. Although we aim for same-sex roommate pairings, it might not always be possible. Kindly notify us in advance if you have any concerns about this arrangement.
